Chip Lamphere

After graduating from The United States Military Academy at West Point in 1992, Chip served as an Airborne Ranger qualified Infantry Officer in the United States Army.  He completed his Army service in 1997 and then began his career in the Construction and Real Estate industry.

Over the last 25 years, Chip has built over 100 custom homes and has successfully completed nearly 2,000 commercial projects across the United States and Canada.  He has served as the Qualifier for Unlimited General Contractors Licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, California, and Florida.

Chip founded The Gateway Group to serve Owners and Organizations as an unencumbered representative that trully serves the client’s best interests with no other agenda.  He leads a team of Project Managers, Contractors, and Vendors who provide exceptional value and service to his clients across the southeast.
